You can tell by their look

Every day this week, more people are showing up for the fall semester. Sometimes I see people standing and looking around in wonderment. I can tell they're wondering where to go, and no signs are there to guide them. So I also ask, "Are you looking for a particular place?" Almost always the answer is yes, and usually, it is easier to lead them there than to give directions. I don't need to explain why. I actually enjoy showing people around our campus. My request is for an additional dose of hospitality and a welcoming attitude especially in the next couple of weeks.
